On June 6, the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium in Dubuque, Iowa, will host our Taste of Summer, an after-hours event with live music and food trucks. Guests can learn about Big River C.A.A.R.E and the Mississippi River Network’s River Days of Action. (C.A.A.R.E stands for Conservation Action through Advocacy, Research, and Engagement.)
The students participating in this summer’s Big River C.A.A.R.E program will have a chance to talk about what they learned on the river and what they are excited about learning about the river they live on. More information about this event and Taste of Summer is here.
