In May 2023, Mississippi Speed Record attempted to break the Guinness World Record for the fastest team attempt to paddle the length of the Mississippi River…AND THEY PREVAILED! The team launched at 6:00 AM on May 10th, and an astonishing 16 days, 20 hours, and 16 minutes later, the team cemented itself as the new holder of the Guinness World Record!
