After decades of planning, the St. Paul Riverfront Corporation has finally unveiled their new plan for a united Riverfront plan for St. Paul’s Mississippi River Valley: the Great River Passage master plan.
The Mississippi River needs strong advocates right now connecting the River from Lake Itaska to the Gulf of Mexico. This new plan does just that throughout its region: it takes small parks and connects them, providing a seamless park and River adventure for anyone who wants to take it!
